Foothills Library

The first thing you'll see: Suspended in the lobby, Dale Chihuly's large blown glass chandelier, The Sun and the Moon, consists of over 1,000 individually hand-blown pieces of glass.

 

 

Heroes Regional Park Library

The first thing you'll see: Visitors are greeted with Yucca District-themed symbols in artist Pete Goldlust's metalwork, etched glass and terrazzo tile installation, entitled Neighborhood Roots: Sugar Beets to Cotton and Beyond.

 

 

Velma Teague Library

The first thing you'll see: Presiding over Murphy Park is Old Friends by George Lundeen, a bronze statue of a smiling man befriended by a flock of pigeons.
